Project Manager – TRAVELEX

Travelex is undertaking a major project to replace our global ATM estate. This is an exciting transformation that involves new ATM software, new supply chains, and operational models, as well as new ATM models and functionality. The focus of this role will be managing the physical replacement works process, from scoping to completion, in several European countries (Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Czechia, Switzerland), operationally reporting back to the project manager.

Key Accountabilities

• Work alongside customers and suppliers as needed.
• Maintain and build upon existing external bureau supplier relationships.
• Undertake on-site reviews throughout the lifecycle of project delivery, including project initiation, scope definition, and at certain commercial or contractual quality gates. This will include on-site meetings with suppliers as appropriate.
• Act as a point of escalation between Travelex Operations and external bureau suppliers.
• Facilitate design and installation with nominated shop fitters/security/signage and safe providers.
• Ensure all communications and IT requirements are initiated for each site.
• Work with our landlords to ensure we comply and adhere to our contractual obligations.

Your skills & experience

• Organisational skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to manage several priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrate good internal relationship management expertise at an operational level.
• Good influencing and communications skills.
• A high level of personal confidence and self-sufficiency.
• Third-party supplier management.
• Experience with ATM rollout programs, is nice to have.
• Experience with multi-site facilities-based rollout programs, ideally in highly regulated environments like airports or railways.

What are we looking for

• Strong relationship-building/development skills (internal and external).
• Understand project methodologies including Prince 2.
• Experience in a retail, facility management services, or financial services industry.
• People management, able to drive direction and work in partnership with colleagues.
• Some understanding of IT considerations and constraints.
• The ability to manage strong relationships, developing trust and credibility with customers, partners, peers, teams, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
