Job Summary

As a Caregiver, you will deliver direct care to patients—especially newborns or those needing help with daily activities and health monitoring. You will aid in bathing, feeding, grooming, mobility assistance, and fundamental nursing tasks. This position demands compassion, dependability, and the capability to adhere to a treatment plan under guidance. Further training is offered for particular cases.

Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive and gentle care for newborns, which includes feeding, diapering, and monitoring sleep.
Assist patients with their daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
Administer prescribed care in accordance with treatment plans and caregiver protocols.
Monitor and document vital signs, including temperature, heart rate, and blood pressure.
Support mobility assistance to ensure patient comfort and prevent injury.
Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and personal hygiene tasks.
Observe and report any changes in health or behavior to the medical team.
Ensure that the patient’s environment is clean and safe at all times.
Maintain patient confidentiality while communicating respectfully with families.
Engage in ongoing training related to the patient’s condition and care methods.

Required Qualifications and Skills

At least one year of experience in a caregiving role, whether in a home care or clinical environment.

Experience with newborn care, midwifery, and elderly care is greatly appreciated.

Proficient communication skills in English are required, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

A compassionate, patient, and professional attitude is essential.

Must be physically capable of assisting with lifting, mobility, and various caregiving responsibilities.

A solid understanding of hygiene, infection control, and personal safety practices is necessary.

An openness to participate in additional training according to patient requirements is expected.
