Customs Data Entry Agent Jobs in Dubai
Customs Data Entry Agent Responsibilities:
Accurately report all customs pre-alerts within the specified timeframe.
Ensure that the HS Code, country of origin, number of pieces, weight, value, and currency are correctly detailed when submitting entries.
Submit clearance requests via Missal 2 / B2G at the line-item level.
Manage special shipments that require regulatory approvals and forward them for inspection endorsement.
Adhere to Gateway clearance procedures as outlined in the GSOP manual and ensure full compliance.
Maintain accurate record-keeping, update reports, and file documents in a timely manner.
Stay informed about changes in customs regulations, rules, and trends within the logistics industry.
Utilize various customs clearance applications, including Dubai Trade, DCE, DCC, ACA, CIA, GIA, GDI, and others.
Operate across multiple locations such as JAFZ, DAFZ, SFZ, and HFZ, with the ability to rotate shifts.
Customs Data Entry Agent Jobs in Dubai
Customs Data Entry Agent Requirements:
At least one year of experience in administration, ideally in customs clearance or logistics.
A solid understanding of UAE Customs codes, regulations, and practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management abilities.
Willingness to work day or night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as necessary.
