Farm Foreman Jobs Full Description
Supervise agricultural staff, delegate responsibilities, and guarantee operational effectiveness.
Oversee the daily functions of the farm, encompassing planting, harvesting, and animal husbandry.
Ensure the proper maintenance and functionality of farming equipment.
Maintain precise documentation of farm activities, labor, crops, livestock, and machinery.
Support the management of crop and livestock health through feeding, watering, and monitoring.
Work in conjunction with the Farm Manager to develop operational strategies.
Evaluate employee performance, offering training and constructive feedback.
Uphold a clean and safe working environment.
Engage in farm enhancements and upgrades as instructed by the Farm Manager.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in agricultural management.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and skills in team supervision.
Familiarity with farm operations and the maintenance of equipment.
Capable of working autonomously while adhering to managerial directives.
Effective communication and organizational abilities.
Possesses the physical endurance required for outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
