The Best Western Plus Merritt Hotel in Merritt, British Columbia is seeking applications from qualified candidates for the position of Hotel Manager. The Best Western Plus Merritt Hotel offers a casual dining experience with a menu featuring traditional pub fare and locally sourced ingredients. Requirements :
Language: Candidates must have knowledge of English.
Education: Candidates must have standard educational background, such as a university, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a 1-2 year program or equivalent experience.
Experience: Candidate must have 7 years of experience. From a few months to less than a year
 Status:
Candidate should be a Canadian Citizen or brief or everlasting resident of Canada
Candidate should have felony authorization (Work Permit) to paintings in Canada
If Candidates are not able to satisfy above cited requirements, don`t practice for the position
Responsibilities:
- Candidate must be able to develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations and supervise staff .
- Â Candidates must be able to prepare a budget and monitor income and expenses.
- Candidate must be able to enforce policies and procedures.
- Candidate must be able to respond to customer complaints and concerns and establish work schedules.
- Candidates must be able to assist customers/guests with special needs
