Oncology Surgery Ltd. is seeking applicants who meet the following criteria:

Languages Required

English (both spoken and written, showcasing outstanding communication skills)

Education & Experience

Previous experience as a medical receptionist, administrator, or in a similar role is desirable.
Accurate typing and transcription skills (knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial).
Proficiency in medical software (Profile is preferred, although training can be offered).
Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
A friendly, professional phone manner and strong interpersonal skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Medical Receptionist/Typist, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

Welcoming and greeting patients in a courteous and professional manner
Managing phone calls, arranging appointments, and overseeing the appointment calendar
Transcribing and handling medical correspondence, reports, and documents
Preparing and organizing weekly clinics (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday)
Keeping precise patient records and updating electronic medical systems
Ensuring that reception and waiting areas are orderly and inviting
Assisting medical professionals and clinical staff with their administrative requirements
Providing support with general office tasks as needed
