Job Summary: 

Under the guidance of a trainer, operators will shape and cut products to meet predetermined quality and quantity specifications using a molding and trimming press, along with other equipment that supports the manufacturing process. Production operators will collaborate as a team within a cell structure, rotating through various job functions throughout the day while adhering to a playbook designed for optimal performance.

Job Scope: 

Operate machinery in compliance with Production Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), as well as Health & Safety and Quality standards.

Effectively implement and adhere to Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP) procedures.

Report and provide feedback on any abnormalities that arise during production.

Collaborate with team members to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Handle the loading and unloading of rubber materials.

Conduct visual inspections and remove defective parts using mallets.

Key Requirements:

Minimum requirement of GCE O Level or its equivalent.
Capable of working 12-hour shifts.
Must possess the ability to read and comprehend Work Instructions in English for machine operation.
Ability to write and communicate in Basic English is essential.
Must be able to lift heavy items and/or stand for extended periods.
