Job Requirements and Essential Functions
A High School Diploma or GED is required, with a preference for a College or University Degree. Candidates should have 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail setting, including responsibility for Profit and Loss. Basic computer skills are necessary, and there is a strong preference for internal candidates from the Shift Manager position. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and must successfully pass a background check and drug test. Reliable transportation is required. Candidates should possess basic business math and accounting skills, along with strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Physical requirements include the ability to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers to an outside bin, clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds, and tolerate standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. for 80% of the shift.
