Data Management Lead, Senior Manager, Oil & Gas Division: This role is primarily based in Texas.

Your key responsibilities

• Optimize the data lifecycle from ingestion, integration, transformation, storage, and distribution while ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
• Lead and coach a team of data engineers and analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and support on data management best practices and tools.
• Provides services to establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data consistency, integrity, and accessibility across an organization.
• Develop and implement processes to measure business value using data.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to identify and resolve data issues, risks, and challenges by proactively communicating with stakeholders and escalating as necessary.
• Evaluate and recommend new techniques, technologies, and solutions to stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in data management.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor’s degree and approximately 8 years of related professional experience. OR college degree and approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience
• At least 8 years of experience providing complex consulting services in the following focus areas: Information Strategy, Data Architecture, Information/Data Management, Master Data Management, Data Quality, Data Integration
• Expertise in creating data management strategies, preferably in the oil and gas industry or similar industrial sector.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, data integration, and data quality tools and techniques.
• Experience working with a variety of data sources, formats, and platforms, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, knowledge graphs, cloud services, APIs, OSI PI, and SCADA.
• Experience leading and managing data projects and teams using agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex data concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Preferred participation in industry data consortiums such as DAMA, OSDU, CFIHOS, PPDM, Open Footprint, etc.
• Knowledge of modern information management tool environments (Talend, Collibra, Oracle DRM, SAP MDM, Informatica, Hyperion, etc.). , Essbase, SQL.
• Extensive working knowledge and perspective on evolving concepts and practices for modernizing information management.
• Expertise in advising clients across the data supply chain, from data processing to data consumption through analytics.

2.The salary range for this job is $173,000 to $395,100 in most locations in the United States.

3.New York City Metropolitan Area, Washington State, California (excluding Sacramento) salary range is $207,600 – $449,000.
