What to Expect

We are looking for a seasoned claims processor with the ability to resolve protections claims in a viable and compassionate manner. Working cooperatively with internal teams to settle claims, assigning claims to qualified adjusters, managing payments, and fulfilling duties as needed will all be on your mind. As needed, you will collaborate with repair offices, specialists, and clients via phone, email, and content in expansion. Additionally, you will help with administrative letter writing, installment payments, and the administration of pending claims.

What You’ll Do

determines the payment of minor, uncontested, and/or restricted authorization claims after conducting an audit. assigns the appropriate agent to all other claims.
Verifies the extent and harm reports received from clients and sellers to ensure accuracy and coherence with the claim as stated.
Examines bills for potential extortion locations; refers findings to the administration for referral to the Uncommon Examinations Unit as advised
prepares and delivers regulatory reports as needed.
returns the favor to supervisors and unit claims partners
Deliver outstanding customer service to all internal, external, existing, and upcoming clients nationwide.

What You’ll Bring

Three or more years of directly relevant work experience processing insurance and financial claims
Every day, onsite presence is necessary.
