- Able to work a variety of schedules and shifts as needed.

- General plumbing knowledge.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic Computer Skills.
Housekeepers perform cleaning duties of apartments, indoor and outdoor common areas, and amenities, and are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
- Clean common areas and residential apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios,
- windows, floors, furniture, and common areas.
- Performing all household chores, including:
- Distributing laundered items and linens
- Changing beds
- Cleaning public restrooms and restocking supplies as needed
- Sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors. Cleaning carpets, rugs, upholstery, and curtains
- Dusting furniture and appliances
- Polishing metalwork
- Cleaning walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and window frames
- Performing all laundry duties, including:
- Washing and drying resident laundry and textiles in provided appliances
- Folding and/or hanging laundry correctly
- Distributing laundry and laundry
- Changing bed linen.
- Maintain resident laundry areas by mopping floors, washing walls, and checking lint traps regularly.
- Clean windows of appropriate height throughout the area as required.
- Maintains utility rooms and storage rooms in a clean and orderly condition.
- Sanitize and disinfect equipment and supplies.
- Equip the cleaning trolley with accessories.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to the disposal area(s).
- Work with maintenance to ensure that the trash and dumpster areas are clean.
- Request maintenance work orders for any maintenance repairs needed.
- Report resident issues or changes in health or living status promptly.
- Reports potentially unsafe conditions or maintenance-related issues promptly to the Supervisor.
- May perform additional duties as required and/or as assigned.
