We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can help us build a toolkit that supports the daily practice and lifelong learning for professionals and researchers who want to stay up to date, stay qualified, and/or solve a specific problem. We do this by providing reliable, personalized information, high-quality interactive content and tools, and continued education, anytime, anywhere.

As part of the software delivery team, the Project Manager primarily works closely with Springer Nature’s Health & Professional business units.

About The Job :

This role is embedded in a multidisciplinary autonomous team. Responsible for tracking and reporting project status to senior stakeholders and plays a lead role in developing quarterly OKRs and roadmaps. You will leverage the talent of your team to ensure we deliver the right products and features.

You will be part of a cross-functional delivery team with diverse backgrounds and experience levels. All team members work together to provide the best solutions to the needs of our business and strive to create a culture that encourages new ideas and innovation within the technology range that best aligns with the vision defined by Springer Nature. About You : 

You have extensive industry experience having held leadership roles on a variety of software projects.
You already have experience working on agile projects or have a very strong demonstrable understanding of the agile software development process.
Be able to advocate for yourself in technical discussions with your team and clearly communicate risks and dependencies.
Delivered multiple projects or release cycles, preferably with co-located and distributed multidisciplinary teams, with delivery capabilities.
You have a track record of successful projects and a collection of corresponding lessons learned from them.
You can clearly articulate improvements that you`ve been responsible for when working with previous teams.
You enjoy mentoring and supporting others.
You have extensive experience working with stakeholders and communicating the right level of information based on the audience.
